Rumor Control: Rihanna Designing a Line for Topshop

According to the Daily Mail, Rihanna met with Topshop owner Sir Philip Green and Simon Cowell the day after Christmas, and there’s speculation now that they were discussing a possible Rihanna Topshop collaboration!
Rihanna took to her Twitter to show her excitement, saying, “Just had dinner w/ Simon Cowell Philip Green, and Lucian G., and Ashley (thanks) @ Sandy Lane! Great night!”
Rihanna is no stranger to the brand—back in October she acted as personal stylist to five lucky girls who won full outfits from Topshop picked out by the songstress.
There’s also talk that Rihanna was discussing her recent “controversial” performance on X Factor…but by the sound of her tweet, it doesn’t seem like anyone was scolding her!
This rumor is still up in the air, but a meeting with two bigwigs like that does not go unnoticed! I’m thinking we’ll be hearing big news from Rihanna doing something with these guys soon!
